Becoming a Sponsor
The Goan Association is making plans for the 2010 Goan Convention. The success of this event is credited largely to our sponsors, who lend their names and financial support to the event.We have five levels of sponsorship packages as detailed below. You can select the level of participation that best meets your needs, and be secure in the knowledge that your sponsorship fee will be used to help support the convention site and activities. This convention will publish a souvenir booklet which will include cultural information, pictures, and contacts of fellow Goans.
We encourage corporations and private businesses to participate by advertising in this souvenir. We are sure that they will benefit from exposure of their products and services in addition to their brand recognition to the vast Goan community. It will be a great public relations opportunity, to be a valuable sponsor in the community.
We are counting on your support, and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Thank you in advance for your willingness to support the efforts of the Goan Association and make a difference in our community.
The following are the rates to advertise in the souvenir:
US based businesses:
- ¼ page black and white - $250
- ½ page black and white - $500
- Full page black and white - $1,000
- ½ page color - $1,000
- Full page color - $2,000
- Inside front/back page color - $ 3,000
- Full color back page - $4,000
Special Rate for Goa or India based business ventures:
- ½ page black and white – Rs. 10000
- Full page black and white – Rs. 20000
- Full page color – Rs. 50000
At an additional cost, there will be booths available at the convention venue to display your products and services.
We can also display your banner advertisement on the conventions’ website at the cost of $1,000 for display until March 2011.
In addition, we are asking all community members for their personal sponsorship. Your generous contribution will be recognized as follows:
- Diamond Sponsors ($4,000 and Up)
- Platinum Sponsors ($2,000)
- Gold Sponsors ($1,000)
- Silver Sponsors ($500)
- Bronze Sponsors ($250)
